For any business creation or account opening treatment, you must always provide the following items beforehand in order to create a new NIE if you do not have one.     

• Passport     

• Proof of address less than 3 months     

• Tax declaration (Tax number)     

• Names, first name of spouse (If engaged).

 

Company creation in Portugal:

Documentation required:     

• Manager passport + tax sheet + proof of address     

• Power of attorney: It can be written from our partner in Paris, Geneva, or London. This gives WTP- Investment & services the power to request your NIF (tax identification number), to create the company in your name, and to make your request to open a company account from Portugal. The description of the activity, in order to choose the appropriate code.     

• Define the desired capital upstream.

You will obtain:     

• Managing NIF & Company NIF     

• Creation of a company (Portuguese Status & certificate of incorporation)     

• Status and certificate of incorporation certified, in order for you to be able to open a branch in any European country.     

• Opening of a corporate account +  with digital application, (up to 50 K day) + company debit card (Unlimited).     

• Mailing address 3 months free.     

• Registration of the activity and implementation of the declaration with the state.     

• 1 month of setting up and taking charge of our international accounting firm.

• Possibility to create Website, Social network such as linkedin, Instagram and facebook.

Account opening in Portugal:

 

We work with several partner banks. We will direct you according to your activity, your volume and your development objectives towards the most suitable bank.

Personal account opening

 

Documentation required:     

• Passport + tax sheet + proof of address.    

• Proof of activity in your country (professional card, contract, employment doc)

 

You will obtain:       

• Creation of a personal NIF (Tax Number for each manager)    

• Opening of an account in one of our bank partners.  Installation of digital application with daily transfer authorization up to 10 K.

The cost varies according to your passport (country of the EU).

Account opening already for a foreign existing company

 

Documentation required:     

• Manager passport + tax sheet + proof of address.    

• Original certificate of incorporation and status certified "stamped La Haie (last copy with the act of change of the manager (s) or associates, if effective, this must correspond to 100% in K-bis)".

 

You will obtain:    

• K-bis & Statut will be translated by an approved establishment in order to authorize the opening of an extra account anytime wanted.    

• Creation of NIF (Tax Number for each manager) and for the company.     

• Opening of an account in one of our bank partners.  Installation of business application with daily transfer authorization up to 50 K from it  + company debit card (Unlimited).
